Great location, we were not far from the nicer neighbourhoods of Kolkata and restaurant. It was surely a very comfortable stay for a business trip more than 6mnth continuesly.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very ignorant.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place was ideal, making it easy to explore the city. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, were top-notch. I also appreciated the in-room safe and the comfortable sitting area. The dining table was a great addition, and I enjoyed having breakfast here every morning. The staff at this hotel were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. They attended to my needs in a seamless manner and made me feel valued throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The bed here was so cozy, like sleeping on a cloud! the room was big and super quiet, and it had everything I needed. 🌟

What a weekend! We had a great time at the hotel. The staff made us feel safe with their rigorous cleaning policies and health protocols. Plus, the location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the city center and tourist attractions. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the gym facilities - they were both top-notch.

Despite the great amenities, there were a few minor things that could be improved. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking and the air conditioning was hard to control.

Great Service and Location the service at this hotel was exceptional and they even offered complementary snacks and beverages. the location was perfect, close to public transportation and restaurants. It was also easy to find on a map.

Room Cleanliness Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms was lacking. There were some areas that needed more attention from housekeeping.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the airport, making it easy to reach for travelers. the City Central Shopping area in Salt Lake City is just a stone's throw away, making it easy to shop and explore. the hotel is located in a bustling business district, making it an ideal choice for business travelers. the hotel's rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with friendly and efficient hotel staff. the breakfast was diverse and delicious, with quality food and attentive service.

Some guests experienced issues with the quality of the food and some of the hotel staff's attitudes.

As a book lover, the location of this hotel was perfect for me, just a 5-minute drive to the book fair. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable beds and a cosy room. the complimentary breakfast was a great spread, including delicious South Indian, Continental and Bengali dishes. The staff were efficient and prompt in rendering services, and the hotel restaurant served amazing fish curry.
